About 10tacle

10tacle is a one-woman show starring Andrea Moreira Santos and with occasional special guests, depending of the job at hand. Fields of knowledge are innovation, c0-creation, inter-disciplinary concepts, (youth) policyeducation and dance.

Why the name 10tacle? Well, I’ve always had a hard time making choices. The world and it’s diversity, complexity, simplicity and singularity is just so interesting. To be working with one thing is something that isn’t in my nature. So, 10tacle works in different ways for one goal invest my strengths in the world for positive change. The word “invest” is not chosen lightly. I don’t think the question “What’s in it for me?” is a bad thing. On the contrary, it has a positive influence on one’s commitment to the cause when there’s a return to be expected. The thing is that the return doesn’t need to be material, nor the investment for that matter. When I do something I think of what the (underlying) message, impact is of that action, idea. And finally what I aim as a return. Not just for the sake of doing something. For example, I teach partner dance because I want to stimulate people to make contact, with themselves and others. I believe we are getting further and further away from each other, specially here in the west. And that has had a huge impact in society, like misplaced prejudice and deterioration of communication skills.

Let’s then talk about the different roles that 10tacle takes on to reach the goal. When clicking on the different roles, you will be redirected to the blog section concerning that role. This sections contain past works, experiences, thoughts and ideas. (working on it!)
